Our EPDM rubber mat is manufactured according to the food-safe standard GB 4806.11 2016. The white rubber is ideal for all areas that come into contact with food. Thanks to its excellent elasticity and resistance to high and low temperatures, the rubber mat is versatile and universally applicable. The material is oil and grease resistant. The surface is smooth and unpatterned, making the rubber easy to clean without leaving any residue. The EPDM rubber mat exhibits high chemical resistance and is characterized by a superior material blend. Its excellent elasticity ensures that the rubber remains flexible even at low temperatures. Further applications include protection, insulation, sealing, gaskets, and sealing edges.

Other applications of the EPDM mat

The high weather resistance and ozone resistance of EPDM rubber sheets make them particularly suitable for outdoor use and demanding technical applications. Our EPDM rubber mats are therefore frequently used for seals, pond liners, and facade insulation. Industrial rubber sheets are generally used in technical or mechanical applications.

Can be cut to size

The mats are supplied in rolls up to 10 meters long. They are available in thicknesses of 1 mm, 2 mm, or 3 mm. The rubber mat can be easily cut to size with a utility knife. To ensure clean results, make sure the blades are new and sufficiently sharp. Our EPDM mat is easy to clean with household cleaners. Simply use water and dish soap.

Material properties:

Producing a completely neutral rubber mat is almost impossible. The characteristic rubber smell of EPDM rubber mats will dissipate after a short time. When used indoors, the mat should be aired out outdoors as needed.
