Yes, for many products such as dirt-trapping mats, rubber mats or floor coverings we offer custom sizes and cuts – configurable directly online.

Do you need a larger quantity of mats, floor coverings, or cut-to-size materials? For bulk orders, we offer attractive volume discounts and a non-binding, customized quote – especially for commercial customers.

For orders within Germany, shipping costs are €5.95. Shipping is free for orders over €100. Further information can be found on our shipping page.

Goods without special markings and those marked as "available" or "in stock" will be shipped to the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days.

You will receive further information on shipment tracking from our parcel service provider via email after the goods have been dispatched, so that you can always track the shipping and delivery status.

We ship our mat storage products reliably with the shipping providers GLS, DHL, UPS and DB Schenker.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to Switzerland.
We currently ship exclusively to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, the Netherlands and Austria.

Proper care is crucial to ensure your floor mats remain clean and functional for a long time.

Regularly beat or vacuum the mat to remove loose dirt. For heavier soiling, many floor mats can be cleaned with a mild detergent and water – ideally by hand or with a damp cloth.

Make sure to let the mat dry thoroughly after use to prevent mold growth. Coconut mats should ideally not be soaked – a thorough shake or vacuuming is sufficient. Regular maintenance will increase the lifespan of your doormat and ensure a hygienic entrance area.

When using floor protection mats for carpeted floors, the studded underside should face downwards.

The small anchor studs ensure a secure hold and prevent slipping on textile floor coverings.
The smooth top surface faces upwards and serves as a durable running surface, e.g. for office chairs or fitness equipment.

For floor protection mats for hard floors (such as laminate, parquet or tiles), the smooth, non-slip side should face downwards.
It ensures a firm hold without damaging the floor.

The structured or slightly roughened side faces upwards and serves as a robust surface, e.g. for chair casters or sports equipment.

Should you not be satisfied with a standard item, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt – provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

Please note:

• These items are non-returnable, as they are made individually for you.
  
• Floor protection mats are subject to a 14-day return policy, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact our customer service. We will arrange a replacement or another solution as quickly as possible.

Please note that custom-made products cannot be cancelled unless there is a material defect or transport damage.

Yes – for example, construction protection mats or PVC coverings can easily be adapted yourself with a cutter or scissors.

Our products are generally only available in the widths specified on the website. We offer both mats with fixed standard dimensions and custom-made items – depending on the product.
