The ALUPRO aluminum profile mats are part of a professional clean-off zone, which allows you to design commercial outdoor and entrance areas in office buildings, shops or public facilities safely and cleanly.

Clean-off zones are a more durable alternative to conventional dirt-trapping mats and are characterized by their longevity and high cleaning power. Entrances to commercial properties, both indoors and outdoors, can be professionally equipped with cut-to-size mats from the ALUPRO series.

The brush mat is particularly suitable for the section of an outdoor entrance matting system where coarse dirt is removed from your visitors' shoes before they even enter your premises. This corresponds to Zone 1 of a conventional three-part dirt-trapping system. Long durability and optimal cleaning

ALUFPRO clean-off zones with high-performance mats and brush inserts feature nylon brushes embedded in hard plastic slats that remove coarse dirt from shoes. These brushes are both elastic and tear-resistant, and their increased abrasion resistance ensures a long lifespan. This makes them ideal for high-traffic areas.

The mats can be cut to size and precisely adapted to your specific site conditions. The minimum width of the cut mats is 100 cm and the maximum width is 5 m. We can offer any length between 60 and 500 cm. The height of the ALUFPRO mats with brushes is also customizable.

Here's how to measure correctly:

Our aluminum profile mats are a high-end product designed for the most demanding applications. To ensure you order the correct size for your floor recess, measure the recess at several points to determine the smallest possible width and length. Subtract 1 cm from each of these measurements, leaving a 0.5 cm gap on each side of the recess. This prevents the mat from being too tight, which can lead to damage later on, and ensures a perfectly fitting aluminum profile mat.
