The ALUFLOW aluminum profile mat is a robust and durable solution for entrance areas in commercial and residential settings. It is particularly suitable for outdoor use and reliably removes coarse dirt from shoe soles before it enters the building.

Application area: Zone 1 of a clean-off system

The mat is designed for use in Zone 1 – the outdoor area in front of the building. This is where the dirt barrier begins, removing coarse dirt such as soil, sand, or gravel. This keeps the interior clean and protects it.

The brush mat is particularly suitable for outdoor areas, where coarse dirt is removed from your visitors' shoes before they even enter your premises. This corresponds to Zone 1 of a conventional three-part dirt-trapping mat. Material and construction

The ALUFLOW mat consists of sturdy aluminum profiles with integrated nylon brushes (polyamide 6.6) embedded in hard plastic slats. The system is designed for heavy loads and intensive use. It is weather-resistant and suitable for temperatures from -50 to +90 degrees Celsius.

The mats are custom-made to measure. The following dimensions are possible:

• Width: 100 cm to 500 cm

• Running length: 60 cm to 500 cm

Here's how to measure correctly:

Please measure the floor recess at several points. Use the smallest measurement and subtract 1 cm from both the width and length. This creates a 0.5 cm gap all around from the frame edge. This prevents the mat from tilting and makes it easier to handle.
