The rubber mat is particularly suitable for outdoor areas, where it removes coarse dirt from your visitors' shoes before they even enter your premises. This corresponds to Zone 1 of a conventional three-part dirt-trapping system. Long durability and optimal cleaning

ALUFLOW high-performance mats, made of aluminum profiles with a rubber insert, feature robust rubber slats that remove coarse dirt from shoes. These slats are both elastic and tear-resistant, and their high abrasion resistance ensures a long lifespan. This allows them to withstand even heavy foot traffic without any problems.

The mats can be cut to size and precisely adapted to your specific site conditions. The minimum width of the cut mats is 100 cm and the maximum width is 5 m. We can offer any length between 60 and 500 cm. The height of the ALUFLOW mats with rubber slats is also customizable.

Our aluminum profile mats are a high-end product designed for the most demanding applications. To ensure you order the correct size for your floor recess, measure the recess at several points to determine the smallest possible width and length. Subtract 1 cm from each of these measurements, leaving a 0.5 cm gap on each side of the recess. This prevents the mat from being too tight, which can lead to damage later on, and ensures a perfectly fitting aluminum profile mat.
