With a thickness of approximately 0.5 centimeters, this fitness flooring reduces the natural vibrations of steppers, spinning bikes, treadmills, and other heavy equipment. The rubber mats protect underlying floor coverings from scratches and scuff marks that such heavy objects would otherwise inevitably leave behind.
